Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues via calls/chat/mail.
- Open to work in a 24*7 environment and work from office.
- Analytical problem solvers capable of understanding and resolving customer issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently resolve issues thoroughly and efficiently.
- Proactive attitude and utmost respect for customers’ time.
- Good time management to ensure all customer interactions add value.
