Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities: (HPLC)
- Ensure the cleanliness of instruments and workplace
- Conduct IR, UV, and SOR analysis of in-process, intermediates, stability, and finished product samples as per controlled methods
- Sample and test finished products according to controlled methods
- Perform HPLC analysis of in-process, raw materials, intermediates, finished products, and stability samples as per controlled methods
- Record analysis details in respective workbooks and logbooks
- Maintain HPLC columns and instruments
- Review analytical test data and reports related to chemical and HPLC analysis
- Calibrate FTIR, UV, SOR, and balances in the Quality Control laboratory as per schedule
- Investigate OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory occurrences as per controlled procedures
- Troubleshoot HPLC instruments
- Support R&D analysis and related activities
- Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
