Job Description: AR Caller Trainee
As an AR Caller Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our US Healthcare Process by ensuring smooth communication with healthcare providers in the United States. Your primary responsibilities will include handling account receivables, following up with insurance companies on pending claims, and resolving billing issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with insurance companies in the US to resolve claim issues
- Analyzing and understanding denial reasons for insurance claims
