Position Overview
As a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), you will support clinical study activities from initiation through closeout, ensuring compliance with essential protocols and regulatory requirements. You will work as part of the Local Study Team (LST), facilitating clinical trials by managing documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and the Local Study Associate Director (LSAD). Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Study Support
- Aid in coordinating and administering clinical studies within the LST.
- Work closely with CRAs and LSAD to streamline trial processes.
- Document Management
- Collect, review, and track all necessary documents for trial applications.
- Ensure timely submission to Ethics Committees/Institutional Review Boards (EC/IRB) and, where applicable, Regulatory Authorities.
- Manage and update the local electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF).
- Compliance and Readiness
- Maintain essential documents and ensure they are promptly uploaded for Inspection Readiness.
- Support CRAs in closeout activities related to the ISF.
- Produce and maintain study documents, adhering to company templates and version control standards.
