Job Position: International Voice Process
Experience: Freshers
Shift: US Night Shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Location: AGS Health, 1st Floor, Prince Info City II, 283/3 and 283/4, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Nehru Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096
Key Responsibilities:
As a part of the International Voice Process, you will be tasked with various essential duties to support the organization’s operational excellence: AGS Health Hiring for Fresher Graduates Diploma
- Address outstanding accounts receivable (AR) through phone calls and analysis.
- Resolve payment issues, appeals, and patient transfers using provided tools.
- Identify and report trends, claim errors, and billing roadblocks.
- Document all call outcomes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve service level agreement (SLA) targets for quality and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
AGS Health invites candidates who meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Interview Process:
The selection process will include the following steps:
- HR Interview
The initial round will focus on basic questions about your background, interests, and alignment with the company. - Online Assessment
You will be required to take an online test assessing your grammar and aptitude skills. - Versant Test
A language proficiency test to assess your verbal communication skills. - Operational/Technical Interview
This interview will focus on assessing your technical and operational abilities to succeed in the voice process role.
