What You’ll Do as an Associate Compliance Specialist

In this role, you will ensure that Thermo Fisher’s quality and compliance processes are executed smoothly, adhering to the highest industry standards. Here’s what you can expect in your day-to-day work:

  • Process Management: Assist in the implementation of quality compliance processes, ensuring they meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Task Tracking & Reporting: Accurately track ongoing tasks and prepare detailed reports on key quality activities.
  • Problem Solving: Use problem-solving techniques to resolve issues, while adhering to the ALCOA principles (Attributable, Legible, Contemporaneous, Original, Accurate).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet client audit timelines, handle CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and manage essential documentation.
  • Process Improvements: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving overall efficiency within the department.
  • Support Development: Create presentations and materials that align with departmental strategies and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for the Associate Compliance Specialist role, you’ll need the following qualifications:

  • Academic Requirement: A Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc) or an equivalent academic or vocational qualification in life sciences.
