Key Responsibilities:

| Operate and manage bioreactors/fermenters. |
| Prepare media systems efficiently. |
| Handle downstream process equipment such as Chromatography Systems, Filtration Systems, UF/DF Systems, TFF Systems, Evaporators, and Freeze Dryers (Lyophilizers). |
| Lead and manage the development and optimization of cell culture or fermentation processes to produce therapeutic proteins or biologics. |
| Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process transfers from development to manufacturing. |
