Biological E. Limited is hiring for the following QA roles:
1. Executive / Senior Executive – DS-IPQA (In Process)
- Responsibilities:
- Handle cell or virus culture processes.
- Prepare and maintain SOPs, BPRs, MFRs, and protocols.
- Manage deviations, change control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action).
- Ensure batch release, and maintain cell/viral bank systems.
- Conduct cleaning and process validation.

2. Executive / Senior Executive – QA-Validation & CSV
- Responsibilities:
- Validate and qualify HVAC systems and process/packing equipment.
- Prepare and evaluate URS, DQ, FAT, SAT & SOPs.
- Perform Computerized Systems Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Generate and evaluate SLIA and compliance checklists.
3. Executive / Senior Executive – Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)
- Responsibilities:
- Review SOPs for quality control and stability protocols.
- Investigate OOL, OOT, and OOS results.
- Ensure timely equipment log book reviews and follow-up on closures.
- Maintain and update databases and evaluate analytical methods.
Biological E Limited Hiring in Quality Assurance
Skills Required
- Experience in cell/virus culture processes, CAPA management, and batch release (for DS-IPQA roles).
- Knowledge of HVAC system validation, equipment qualification, and computerized system validation (for QA-Validation & CSV roles).
- Expertise in quality control, OOL/OOT/OOS investigation, and method evaluation (for AQA roles).
- Strong documentation skills and compliance with cGMP standards.
