Job Purpose
As a Formulation ADL Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to develop new analytical methods and conduct analyses of routine and stability samples. You will ensure that our operations run smoothly and that products are delivered on time while adhering to regulatory standards through your expertise in Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Method Development: You will create new analytical methods for analyzing routine and stability samples, providing formulators with precise and accurate data crucial for product development.
- Instrument Maintenance & Calibration: Regular maintenance and calibration of key instruments such as HPLC, GC, dissolution testers, and DPI-related instruments will be part of your role to ensure accurate and reproducible results.
- Data Documentation & Compliance: You will promptly record and interpret analytical data in accordance with GLP/GMP requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory norms.
- Method Transfer & Collaboration: Assisting in the transfer of analytical methods and techniques is essential, including coordinating with other teams and visiting units as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance: You will maintain a safe working environment by strictly adhering to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols, minimizing the risks of accidents in the lab.
- Specification Review & Recommendations: Reviewing analytical requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to recommend corrections in product specifications will be part of your day-to-day tasks.
