What Will You Be Doing?
As a Clinical Data Coder 1, you will be at the forefront of clinical data management. Your core responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely coding activities across the entire study lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Data Management (DM) teams to meet the needs of sponsors and ensure that all data is processed efficiently. Clinical Data Coder 1 at IQVIA
Key tasks include:
- Independently managing coding activities for one or more protocols.
- Validating coding applications and conducting data reviews.
- Leading Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reconciliation efforts.
- Supporting the Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) and Data Team Lead (DTL).
- Implementing quality control procedures for standalone coding projects.
- Collaborating with the team to introduce innovative coding technologies.
Your ability to manage these tasks with minimal supervision will make you an essential part of the team.

To excel in this role, candidates must have a degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or a related field.
