Main Responsibilities

Content Development

• Create specialized content under supervision.
• Support end-to-end publication/medical education content development process including documentation and approval.
• Develop and maintain expertise in therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with peers to develop best practices.

People

• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders within allocated Global Business Units.
• Interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Assist other writers in knowledge development.

Performance

• Provide publication material as per timelines and quality standards.
• Provide strategic support to individuals and institutions.

Process

• Develop publication material.
• Support medical communication for assigned therapeutic areas.
• Assist in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
• Implement relevant elements of publication plan.
• Work with selected vendors.
• Design overall plan based on feedback to improve content and delivery.

Stakeholder

• Work closely with scientific communication teams.
• Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and Medical department.
