Quality Control (QC) Role
In the Quality Control department, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the products through various testing and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Instrument Operation: Proficiency in handling lab equipment such as HPLC, Dissolution Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability Tester, Hardness Tester, FTIR, and UV-Spectrophotometer.
- Material Analysis: Conduct analyses for Raw Materials, In-Process Samples, and Finished Products to ensure product consistency.
- Stability Testing: Perform stability testing and process validation to confirm product efficacy.
- Incident Management: Participate in lab investigations to address incidents, including Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) events, as well as analytical deviations.
