What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sterile Injectable Facility Compliance: You’ll be ensuring that all processes at the sterile injectables facility comply with quality standards. This is essential to maintain the high level of product safety and effectiveness.
- Quality Oversight and Line Clearance: As a key player in the production process, you’ll provide on-the-ground quality assurance oversight and be responsible for line clearance in sterile manufacturing, guaranteeing every step adheres to set protocols.
- Batch Record Review & Batch Dispositioning: You’ll be responsible for reviewing batch manufacturing records. Your attention to detail will support the decision-making process for batch dispositioning, a critical aspect in maintaining product integrity.
- Deviation & Market Complaint Investigation Reports: Review and approval of reports related to deviations and market complaints will be under your purview. You’ll work to identify the root cause of these issues, driving solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Media Fill Protocol & Reports: Another crucial part of the job is to review and approve media fill protocols, ensuring that sterile manufacturing practices are upheld.
- Facility, Equipment, and Utilities Qualifications: You’ll review and approve protocols for qualifying the facility, equipment, and utilities used in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with stringent industry standards.
- Audits: You will be instrumental in handling both internal and external audits, ensuring that the manufacturing site is always in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background:
- M.Sc in Life Sciences,
- M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences,
- B.Pharm, or
- B.Tech in Biotechnology. Your academic background in these fields equips you with the essential knowledge needed to thrive in this quality assurance role.
- Experience: We’re looking for individuals with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in sterile manufacturing and quality assurance. Prior experience in biologics or biosimilars is a plus.
