Position Overview:
Join us in Bangalore as a Medical Writer within the Medical Affairs department. Your role will involve contributing to drug development, regulatory document creation, and fostering innovation in healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities:
As part of the Medical Writing team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, writing, editing, and reviewing regulatory documents supporting clinical development and product registration.
  • Conducting effective document initiation meetings for team alignment.
  • Ensuring clear, accurate, and concise data presentation.
  • Coordinating expert reviews and incorporating feedback.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading writing projects, applying project management skills, and ensuring timely document completion.

Project and Stakeholder Management:
You will:

  • Develop credible project timelines and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with teams for smooth document development.
  • Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills Development:

  • Maintain and enhance therapeutic area knowledge.
  • Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and publication standards.
  • Enhance scientific communication skills.

Knowledge Sharing:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to others.
  • Network with peers to identify and share best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvements.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Successful completion of a writing exercise as part of the candidate evaluation process.

Additional Preferences:

  • Graduate degree with a formal research component or in life sciences.
  • Mastery of verbal and written English skills in medical or scientific writing.
  • Clinical pharmacology or therapeutic area expertise.
  • Experience writing regulatory documents and Medical Affairs communications.
  • Project management and time management skills.
  • High-level computer skills.
