Position Overview:
Join us in Bangalore as a Medical Writer within the Medical Affairs department. Your role will involve contributing to drug development, regulatory document creation, and fostering innovation in healthcare.
Primary Responsibilities:
As part of the Medical Writing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, writing, editing, and reviewing regulatory documents supporting clinical development and product registration.
- Conducting effective document initiation meetings for team alignment.
- Ensuring clear, accurate, and concise data presentation.
- Coordinating expert reviews and incorporating feedback.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leading writing projects, applying project management skills, and ensuring timely document completion.
Project and Stakeholder Management:
You will:
- Develop credible project timelines and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with teams for smooth document development.
- Effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills Development:
- Maintain and enhance therapeutic area knowledge.
- Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and publication standards.
- Enhance scientific communication skills.
Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide coaching and guidance to others.
- Network with peers to identify and share best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, health, communications, or related field.
- Experience in technical/regulatory scientific writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful completion of a writing exercise as part of the candidate evaluation process.
Additional Preferences:
- Graduate degree with a formal research component or in life sciences.
- Mastery of verbal and written English skills in medical or scientific writing.
- Clinical pharmacology or therapeutic area expertise.
- Experience writing regulatory documents and Medical Affairs communications.
- Project management and time management skills.
- High-level computer skills.
