Key Responsibilities:

| Documentation Practice and Control | Managing Change Controls (CC), handling deviations, and tracking records. |
| Maintenance of F&D Records | Keeping Lab Notebook (LNB), Master Formula Card (MFC), Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), and Process Order (PO) up to date. |
| SOP Preparation and Practice | Creating and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Formulation and Development (F&D). |
Required Skills:
- Technical Writing: Proficiency in writing F&D reports, SOPs, MFCs, POs, and BMRs.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with Quality Assurance (QA) as well as inter-team and intra-team coordination.
- Regulatory and GMP Knowledge: Understanding of Regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
