Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and identify suspected Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) and Adverse Device Events (ADE) reports.
- Perform duplicate checks, verify key dates, and record them as per client requirements.
- Acknowledge receipt of ADR/ADE reports via email, fax, telephone, or mail.
- Create new case entries in the safety database following client SOPs/WIs for valid cases.
- Document relevant information in compliance with client requirements.
- Reconcile data from multiple sources, including literature searches and citation reviews.
- Complete data entry and medical coding of all available information in the safety database.
- Initiate follow-up with reporters as per client SOPs/WIs.
- Compile case narratives according to Client Narrative Composition Guidelines.
- Review safety reports to ensure accurate data entry.
