Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Research Associate, you will be integral to Axio’s Research and Development (R&D) efforts. Your day-to-day tasks will focus on contributing to the creation and improvement of medical devices aimed at managing trauma and chronic wounds. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assist in R&D Activities: Contribute to the formulation and development of biomaterial prototypes for medical applications, working closely with the R&D team.
- Laboratory Testing: Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including bench performance tests, stability studies, and antimicrobial studies, following set guidelines and test protocols.
- Instrument Calibration: Regularly calibrate lab instruments following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and reliable experimental results.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all experimental work complies with medical device regulatory requirements, including documentation, processes, and safety standards.
