What Would You Do?
Accenture’s Trust and Safety offering helps keep the internet safe, supporting platform companies to improve their businesses. As a content moderator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality and safety of online content. You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, addressing issues reported by users or flagged by the system. This role involves potential exposure to sensitive content and requires strong resilience and coping skills. Accenture provides comprehensive well-being support to its Trust & Safety community.

Responsibilities:

• Review, classify, and/or remove content according to client guidelines.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues.
• Advocate for the user community.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in continuous training and workgroup discussions.
• Handle conversations on socially sensitive topics to maintain community safety.
