In this role, you will:

  • Provide resolutions to maintain quality standards
  • Review content and provide resolutions based on guidelines
  • Recognize trends and patterns, raising issues timely
  • Provide insights to improve user support
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies

Qualifications

Minimum QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
Graduate (Any Discipline except law)Effective probing and analyzing skills

Excellent written English proficiency
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends
