Job Description:
As the General Manager of Manufacturing, you will oversee Unit-I & Unit-III production, ensuring compliance, fostering company culture, and managing key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

| Operational and administrative oversight of Unit-I & Unit-III | Focus on emergency preparedness, company culture, and CGMP compliance. |
| Governance for CGMP standards and quality management system | Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and annual operating plan targets. |
| Collaboration with business verticals and global operations | Achieve targets, review processes, and pilot the Glenmark Manufacturing Excellence Program. |
| Product and technology knowledge for resource optimization | Utilize expertise for efficient operations and compliance with regulatory guidelines. |
| Harmonious work environment within HR policies | Guide team development, skills building, and statutory/regulatory compliance. |
Key Relationships/Stakeholders:
External: Vendors, Auditors
Internal: PPIC Team, QA QC Team, EHS, Warehouse, Capital Purchase, Engineering
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma/ M.Sc.
- Experience: 18+ years in production with regulatory exposure and leadership skills.
- Skills: USFDA audits, formulations manufacturing expertise.
