Job Responsibilities:

| Site Monitoring | Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs. |
| SIV ~ COV | Conduct Site Initiation Visits (SIV), Close Out Visits (COV), and other site visits. |
| PI Management | Manage Principal Investigator (PI) relationships and oversee site performance. |
| Audit & Inspection | Prepare sites for audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance. |
| NDCT Rule | Adhere to New Drug and Clinical Trial (NDCT) rules and guidelines. |
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of site monitoring experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Based in India
