Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Affairs Specialist, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Support to Medical Monitors and Medical Affairs Management
- Work closely with Medical Monitors (MM) and the Medical Affairs team to provide support on clinical research projects and safety oversight.
- Medical and Scientific Consultation
- Offer medical and scientific guidance under the oversight of the Medical Monitor, assisting with site-level safety issues and responding to investigational sites and client queries.
- Data Review and Financial Tracking
- Assist in reviewing clinical data, monitor financial tracking for projects, and maintain project files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Internal and External Deliverables
- Contribute to essential project documents, including reports, trackers, and presentations, facilitating effective communication and progress tracking.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with departments such as safety and regulatory teams for real-time updates on serious adverse events (SAEs) and regulatory concerns.
Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements:
- Degree in a health-related field (e.g., B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, or related life sciences).
Experience Level:
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related industry.
