What You Will Do
As a Medical Data Analyst, your role will encompass critical responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality and utility of healthcare data.
Data Management and Curation

- Deliver data with over 95% accuracy, meeting the rigorous standards outlined in the QA plan.
- Accept and implement feedback from Quality Analysts to ensure continuous improvement.
- Participate in Inter Rater Reliability (IRR) exercises every quarter to refine quality benchmarks.
Special Projects
- Collaborate on or lead projects that align with client-specific goals and company directives.
Security Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality by safeguarding system passwords and ensuring that systems are locked when not in use.
- Avoid unauthorized applications and prevent sensitive patient health information (PHI) from being saved on the company’s domain.
