Job Responsibilities
Call Handlers:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs).
- Manage voicemails and document spontaneous and solicited reports.
- Identify AEs, product complaints, legal complaints, medication errors, and special case scenarios.

Quality Reviewers:
- Conduct quality reviews of all source documents prepared by MICC associates.
- Identify errors and document them in the quality review tool daily.
- Maintain daily productivity and quality trackers.

Preferred Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:
- 4+ years of experience in a Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) or relevant pharmacovigilance experience.
- Strong communication skills to handle complex inquiries and relay accurate information.
- A detail-oriented approach to documentation and quality assurance.
Important Information:
- The position is available in Hyderabad or Delhi, and night shifts are mandatory (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Employees must be on-site for a minimum of 6-8 months. No work-from-home or hybrid options are available.
- No cab facilities are provided.
