Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide resolution to maintain quality standards.
- Review content and provide resolutions based on guidelines.
- Recognize trends and raise issues timely.
- Provide insights to improve user support.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Any graduate, fluency in Hindi and English.
- Preferred: Previous customer service experience, effective probing and analytical skills, customer-centric approach, flexible schedule (including weekends).
