Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Update existing and create new business documentation within specified timelines.
- Review and write documentation (SOPs/PIs) for clarity, content, and consistency with standards.
- Collaborate with Senior Documentation staff and/or business partners for guidance.
- Manage task assignments or documentation projects proactively.
- Facilitate small to mid-size documentation efforts.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review, resolve conflicts, and approve documentation.
- Make recommendations for content/format and process improvements.
- Conduct research required to update/develop documentation.
- Publish documentation according to established protocol.
- Assist leadership with business issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed established business MBOs of quality and speed to delivery.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives, including flexibility in work benefits and environments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- 1+ years of writing experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and HTML coding.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare or related industry.
