Job Responsibilities
- Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety:
- Manage case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding.
- Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in the safety database.
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory requirements.
- Case Follow-Up:
- Perform written follow-up attempts for both serious and non-serious cases.
- Affiliate Mailbox Management:
- Handle email communications related to pharmacovigilance activities.
- Report Reconciliation:
- Reconcile pharmacovigilance reports in line with process guidelines.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Adapt to rotational shifts as required.
