Job Description:
RapidCare Group is hiring a Medical Record Reviewer to ensure compliance with medical standards. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Kolkata-based candidates preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in RORs for QME/IME Physicians
- 2+ years of experience in medical record review
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work different shifts
- Familiarity with industry-specific software
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in utilization review prep is a plus
