- Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field, or M. Pharm (Specialized in Organic Synthesis)

Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize, purify, and characterize chemical intermediates.
- Deliver novel chemical entities for drug discovery.
- Collaborate in a team to advance chemistry projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge of organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms.
- Apply knowledge of Name Reactions and functional group transformations.
- Understand molarity, normality, and equivalency.
- Gain experience in thin-layer chromatography, column purification, and extraction.
- Interpret NMR, IR, and mass spectrometry data.
- Implement laboratory safety practices.
- Exhibit enthusiasm in a dynamic research environment.
- Display good soft and scientific communication skills.
Person Profile:
