Role Overview: Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate – ADL
As a Research Associate/Sr. Research Associate in the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL), you will play a pivotal role in supporting formulation development through analytical testing, data management, and problem-solving. You will also ensure the lab meets all compliance standards and maintains high-quality operational procedures. Research Associate/Sr. Research ADL at B&S Group
Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Testing & Problem Solving: Conduct comprehensive testing to support formulation development, and address complex analytical challenges.
- Data Management: Verify analytical data for accuracy and maintain data integrity.
- Stability Testing: Plan, execute, and organize stability tests, as well as prepare trend cards for evaluation.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock control for chemicals, glassware, HPLC columns, standards, and other consumables.
- SOP Management: Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.
- Record Keeping: Keep precise records for the usage of impurity standards and chemicals.
- Compliance & Inspections: Participate in inspections to ensure strict adherence to GMP and GLP standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth lab operations.
- Equipment Calibration: Conduct timely calibration and review data for compliance.

Candidate Profile
Educational Requirements:
- M.Sc or M.Pharm in a relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in an analytical laboratory. Fresh M.Pharm graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in analytical testing and laboratory SOPs.
- Experience with equipment calibration and an understanding of GMP/GLP standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work well in a team.
