Key Responsibilities
- Synthesis of APIs and Advanced Intermediates: Develop and optimize synthetic routes for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and key intermediates.
- Route Design and Scale-Up: Conduct route scouting and process scale-up, ensuring scalable and cost-effective production.
- Process Development: Participate in early-phase development, with a focus on medicinal chemistry and efficient process optimization.

Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Background in CDMO/CRAMS: Candidates with experience in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) or Contract Research and Manufacturing Services (CRAMS) will have an advantage.

- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
