St. John’s Research Institute (SJRI) – Job Opening

Job Position: Project Research Scientist – II (Non-Medical) – ICMR-CAR-MEDTECH Project

Qualifications:

Education: Postgraduate Degree or PhD in Lifesciences, Pharmacology, or Biomedical Engineering. Ph.D, M.Pharm, MSc also considered.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in conducting large-scale intervention studies.

Language Proficiency: English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Clinical and Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Trials:
  • Design and execute clinical and pharmaceutical/medical device trials.
  • Conduct large-scale intervention efficiency and effectiveness studies or Phase III trials.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage daily operations of all aspects of the research project.
  • Plan and execute clinical trials within the research projects.
  1. Scientific Expertise:
  • Utilize scientific expertise to design and implement non-medical aspects of clinical trial protocols.
  • Analyze and interpret data generated from clinical trials to provide valuable insights.
  1. Collaboration and Compliance:
  • Collaborate with the clinical research team to ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
  1. Publication and Presentation:
  • Contribute to the publication of research findings in scientific journals.
  • Present research results at conferences.
