Key Responsibilities of the Role
As a Jr. Executive / Executive in R&D, you will be part of a highly skilled and dynamic R&D team. Your responsibilities will include:
- API Synthesis & Development: Working on the synthesis and development of APIs for various pharmaceutical products.
- Chemical Reactions & Process Optimization: Conducting chemical reactions, optimizing processes, and scaling them from the laboratory to production.
- Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records of experiments, results, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with the production team for process transfer and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, essential in pharmaceutical research and development.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in API research and development.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Proficiency in organic synthesis techniques and chemical processes.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as HPLC, NMR, and GC is highly preferred.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) and compliance with regulatory documentation standards.

- Strong Organic Chemistry Background: In-depth knowledge of organic chemistry, especially in API development.
