Job Description:
Join us as a Formulation Researcher I in Ambernath. Contribute to formulation R&D, process development, and global regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:

| Work with formulation teams to achieve milestones | Collaborate on experiments following QbD principles, OFATs, and DOE. |
| Prepare presentations and interpret data | Communicate findings, conduct literature reviews, and plan experiments based on prior art. |
| Evaluate API & excipients, conduct pre-formulation | Source materials, conduct compatibility studies, and oversee stability studies. |
| Coordinate with cross-functional teams for development | Work with various departments for smooth product development, compliance, and reporting. |
| Compile and prepare development reports | Document processes, handle deviations, and update SOPs as needed. |
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. with 1+ year experience OR M.Pharm with 3-7 years’ experience.
- Experience in known generic space/organizations in regulated markets (US, EU, Canada).
Skills and Knowledge:
- Formulation development, regulatory guidelines, IP requirements.
- Strong people skills, technical communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
Reports To: Manager/Sr. Manager/Associate Director, Generic R&D
