Job Description:
Join Teva Pharmaceuticals as an R&D Technician IV. Help manufacture solid oral dosage forms, ensuring compliance and quality.
Responsibilities:

| Manage Pilot Plant area and equipment | Oversee equipment and plan daily activities. |
| Assist Formulation Scientists in batch execution | Support formulation processes and maintain logs for calibration and maintenance. |
| Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requirements | Work with engineering for equipment maintenance. |
| Prepare SOPs and working procedures | Ensure compliance with SOPs, CGMP, and EHS requirements. |
| Comply with CGMP and local regulatory requirements | Follow CGMP and regulatory guidelines for manufacturing. |
| Highlight deviations from SOPs during routine work | Identify and address deviations from standard procedures. |
| Collaborate with internal and external partners | Work with cross-functional teams and external partners. |
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences with 5+ years of experience or M.Pharm with 3+ years.
- Experience in high-performance manufacturing teams, preferably in regulated markets.
- Approved Manufacturing Chemist for tablets and capsules by Maharashtra FDA.
- Strong technical skills in manufacturing processes and equipment for solid oral dosage forms.
- People skills: confident, supportive, respectful, and collaborative.
- Interpersonal skills: effective communication, ability to work independently and with teams.
