Role Overview: Project Manager
In this role, you will oversee and manage pharmaceutical production processes, ensuring that they adhere to strict documentation standards while driving efficiency across the production lifecycle. VerGo Pharma Hiring for Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing Production Processes: Overseeing production stages from start to finish, including dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing.
- Documentation Compliance: Ensuring that all Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of projects.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously improving production workflows to maximize efficiency without compromising quality or compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Utilizing tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting purposes. VerGo Pharma Hiring for Project Manager
Qualifications: Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: A B. Pharm or M. Pharm degree is essential.
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, with a strong understanding of processes such as dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing.
- Documentation Skills: Experience in maintaining high documentation standards, including BMRs, BPRs, and other essential records.
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical production workflow, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proficiency in MS Office tools.
