We are hiring for the following roles, each requiring 1-5 years of experience:
- Research Scientist & Senior Research Scientist (SPPS Chemistry)
- Expertise in Solid-Phase Peptide Synthesis.
- Research Scientist & Senior Research Scientist (Mass Xevo G3)
- Expertise in mass spectrometry and operating Xevo G3 equipment.
- Research Scientist & Senior Research Scientist (Analytical)
- Expertise in analytical chemistry with experience in method validation and stability testing.
- Downstream Purification Expert
- Expertise in protein purification techniques.
Vtides Life Sciences Hiring for Multiple Scientist Positions
Key Responsibilities
1. SPPS Chemistry Role
- Design and synthesize peptides using SPPS technology.
- Optimize reaction conditions for improved yield and purity.
2. Mass Xevo G3 Role
- Operate and maintain mass spectrometry equipment (Xevo G3).
- Analyze and interpret mass spectrometry data.
3. Analytical Role
- Develop and validate analytical methods.
- Conduct stability testing and generate technical reports.
4. Downstream Purification Role
- Execute downstream purification processes for peptide/protein samples.
- Troubleshoot purification challenges to ensure high product purity.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-5 years in relevant areas such as peptide chemistry, mass spectrometry, or protein purification.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of peptide chemistry or mass spectrometry (depending on the role).
- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in team environments.
