Job Description:

| Experiment Design & Execution | Design and execute experiments to synthesize and characterize new compounds, materials, or formulations. |
| Process Optimization | Develop and optimize synthetic routes and processes for target compounds, ensuring high purity and yield. |
| Data Interpretation | Interpret experimental data and draw meaningful conclusions to guide further research and development efforts. |
