Job Description:
- Position: Associate Customer Support
- Responsibilities: Assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries, providing support and enhancing knowledge of the banking process.
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and any two of the following languages – Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, Marathi.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts; only male employees may have late-night logouts, female employees last logout at 7 PM.
- Eligibility: Candidates must be graduates (diplomas not considered) and under the age of 32.
