Position Details:
Role: Research Associate
Organization: Novonesis
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Develop biological solutions for detergent manufacturers to enhance cleaning, fabric maintenance, and sustainability.
- Execute lab trials and develop application insights to provide strong technical support for business opportunities.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and lab chemicals.
- Assist in representing Novonesis to customers on defined projects.
- Translate technical data into presentations and sales material.
- Design value propositions and produce technical data for sales materials.
- Coordinate with the Global Communications team for technical write-ups for new launches and application/benefit sheets.
- Assist ITS with customer presentations and build networking skills.
- Coordinate with the Detergent Formulation Team to strengthen knowledge of formulations and provide technical support to sales.
Eligibility:

| Educational Qualification | B.E. (Biotechnology) / MSc Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biotechnology |
| Experience | 1-2 years in research, quality, or application with solid knowledge of chemistry and laboratory work |
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in biotechnology or biochemistry.
- Experience in detergent chemistry and handling detergent formulation and application is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
- Creative skills in preparing presentations, demos, collaterals, fliers, and catalogues for customer meetings.
