Key Responsibilities
Study Protocol Design
As a Clinical Research Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in interpreting clinical trial protocols to design study calendars. You’ll review trial agreements and sponsor budgets, translating these into site-specific budgets for protocols.
Case Report Form (CRF) Development
You’ll design and develop Case Report Forms (CRFs) based on trial study protocols, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
Software Utilization
Familiarity with Advarra’s Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems is essential, as these tools will be integral to your role in calendar, budget, and form design.
Collaboration & Reporting
You’ll collaborate with the reporting manager to manage tasks related to budgets, financials, and CRF development. Efficient use of internal case management tools will help track and complete assignments.
Team Participation
You’ll actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions on protocols, customer cases, and internal projects. This role offers ample opportunity to grow and learn alongside experienced professionals.

- Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of clinical research methodology, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and industry regulations.

- 0-1 year of experience in relevant fields such as clinical trial coordination, clinical data management, pharmacovigilance, or records management.
- Physical and Mental Requirements:
