  • Conduct extensive medical analysis of past and current medical treatment for injured individuals.
  • Draft comprehensive medical chronologies detailing treatment dates and relevant medical information.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical summaries.
  • Research and decode medical abbreviations found in records.
  • Replace abbreviated terms with their corresponding unabbreviated forms in chronologies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and precision in medical documentation.
