Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive medical analysis of past and current medical treatment for injured individuals.
- Draft comprehensive medical chronologies detailing treatment dates and relevant medical information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of medical summaries.
- Research and decode medical abbreviations found in records.
- Replace abbreviated terms with their corresponding unabbreviated forms in chronologies.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain accuracy and precision in medical documentation.
